Borderlands 2 gibbed save editor legendary weapon codes

They were discovered in the game's code and can only be obtained by a game specific Save Editor.

Torgue+9% Damage +15% Recoil -10% Reload Speed +10% Spread.Jakobs+12% Damage -9% Fire Rate +10% Recoil -5% Reload Speed.
